These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Chroma 12, a browser-based puzzle game available at chroma12.com. Chroma 12 is operated by Ninki Gen Studio, based in Singapore ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or playing Chroma 12, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Chroma 12 is a free-to-play web game. No account registration is required to play. The game may include optional features such as push notifications and cosmetic unlocks, which you may choose to engage with at your discretion.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the game or any feature at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
Chroma 12 is available to users of all ages. If you are under 13 years of age, you should have the permission of a parent or guardian before playing. By using the game, you confirm that you meet this requirement or have obtained the necessary consent.
Chroma 12 includes virtual coins and cosmetic items ("Virtual Items") that may be earned through gameplay. You acknowledge that:
From time to time, we may run promotional campaigns, including the Chroma Originals TikTok Launch Campaign. All such promotions are subject to their own terms and conditions, which supplement these Terms. See our Challenge T&Cs for full details of the current campaign.
All content in Chroma 12 — including but not limited to game mechanics, artwork, audio, code, and branding — is the intellectual property of Ninki Gen Studio and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the game without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial sharing of screenshots or recordings for entertainment purposes (e.g. on social media) is permitted and encouraged.

Chroma 12 is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ninki Gen Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Chroma 12 — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of progress, or loss of Virtual Items. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed SGD 10.
Chroma 12 uses the following third-party services: Supabase for backend database and authentication; Cloudflare for hosting, content delivery, and CAPTCHA (Turnstile); PostHog for anonymous gameplay analytics; and Sentry for error monitoring. Your use of the game is additionally subject to each provider's own terms: Supabase, Cloudflare, PostHog, Sentry. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
Your use of Chroma 12 is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the game after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If we make material changes, we will endeavour to notify users via the in-game notifications panel.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Chroma 12 shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
